How do you price projects?

Fixed-scope pricing for well-defined projects, monthly retainers for ongoing partnerships and dedicated teams, and flat per-engineer monthly rates for staff augmentation. We recommend a model after an initial scoping call rather than quoting before we understand the work.

Can you take over an existing project?

Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure audit, deliver a written assessment of what we found, and then agree a plan — whether that is stabilising what exists, refactoring incrementally, or rebuilding a specific part.
